Website Hosting Questions
Which website hosting plan should I choose?
Basic Hosting is intended for a simple website that does not need a database or hosted email. Self Managed provides additional resources and more account control, while Fully Managed is designed for customers who want Netserj to handle more of the technical work. Contact Netserj if you need help comparing the plans. If you still need a professional site, explore our website design services.
Is cPanel included with website hosting?
Yes. cPanel access is provided so you can manage the website files and the database, email, and account features included with your selected plan.
How quickly is my hosting account activated?
After the first payment is completed, the hosting account is automatically provisioned so you can begin setting up your website.
Can I upgrade my hosting plan later?
Contact Netserj to review available upgrade options before you exceed your current resources. Availability and any migration requirements depend on the account and selected plan. Businesses that need WHM and separate customer accounts should compare our reseller hosting plans.
What does the 15-day refund policy cover?
You may request a refund within the first 15 days, subject to Netserj’s terms and conditions. Review the terms or contact us before ordering if you have questions about eligibility.
What is included with Fully Managed Hosting?
Fully Managed Hosting includes hosting-account setup, WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates, backups and restoration assistance, security monitoring, and hosting-related troubleshooting. It does not include routine content edits, redesigns, custom development, premium licenses, malware cleanup, or major migrations unless those services are separately quoted.
What does unmetered hosting mean?
Unmetered resources do not have a fixed monthly allocation displayed for the plan, but they are not infinite. Usage remains subject to reasonable use, hosting-environment capacity, security requirements, and server-resource limits. The service is not intended for unrestricted file storage, abusive traffic, or activity that affects other customers.
